Our brothers at UNKNOWN RECORDS in Toronto have just dropped the illest compilation called "You Cant Escape The Future: Tunes For A Friend" for free download HERE! This is a benefit comp for Futureboy of the mighty Broken Culture who tragically was been hospitalized this year. This comp was put together by his band mates, friends in the scene and serves as a message to say we are thinking about ya brah!! Cant think of a nicer ting for friends to do for someone, so go download be part of something special, send some love to futureboy and listen to some of the sickest bands on the UR collective including: Broken Culture, Ghetto Blaster, Atrocity Solution, None At All, Crack Squad, The Stupid Stupid Henchmen, Beng Beng Cocktail and us!

So its been a while since I threw up something for free dl here, problem is everything Ive been working on recently is still needing some final tweaks before I can get it out there, so Ive dug deep into the crates of times a past and found an old drum and bass mix I did in my days DJing as part of the Pangea crew. This is about 05/06 DNB pitched up to about +8 where things just sound sweeter (and faster!) and I layered horror movie samples and cuts on the top. It's part 1 of a 2 CD set, named Ave Leviathan, the second disc is a Breaks mix and is called Ave Satanas... Download here and blast the rainy days of September away..

AIIII! Some new music news! Some may have heard this already as its been gettin play on Unknown radio but if you haven't yet, you better get your ears prepared for some supra skank vampire riddim!! My illest brother from Mexico Razo of ANTI-VENOM wrote this song and got me in on some guest vocals, the track is fucking mighty as is usual from AV productions, and it's dropping as part of Riot Ska Records next comp and as AV's first single on CD soon! Until then you'll have to listen it up HERE!! In other news the track is going to have a video release where YOU can get involved by sending in your own footage (even from a mobile phone!) read on and get filmin HERE! The track is about overcoming the blood suckers in yer life staking them through the heart and moving on, friends and family are what matters, you all know who your true friends are so treat em well punx!
So the C-Rave "mini" mini-tour is all set to roll! Sadly we had to pull out of the Audio-Soup festival last weekend and the Make That A Take night in Dundee in late October. Gutted to miss out on both these events but rest-assured we'll be rescheduling. That said we now have Glasgow and Manchester confirmed for the end of September! In Glasgow we are playing at Motha-Trapeza's "Audio Lounge" Studio in Maryhill, its BYOB and ltd entry so things will get rowdy! Plus its our homeground so were on familiar territory! And we are finally getting ourselves to Manchester to see our second family of the Anarchistic Undertones and Pumpkin crew!! Bigups to AU for putting on the gig, the sad news is that Tom one of the original AU crew has been wrongfully imprisoned in the hyped up Tory crackdown on the Manchester riot events therefore this show is a benefit to help him and his family with any legal costs to ensure his release. Check out more info here. Anyways enough from me, look forward to seeing everyone on the road!! Forthcoming dates are now as follows:
24/09/2011 Glasgow, @ Audio Lounge w/ The Colour Pink Is Gay
30/09/2011 Manchester, @ Saki Bar, Anarchistic Undertones w/ Black Star Dub Collective + Hated Til Proven
01/09/2011 Norfolk, @ Atlantis Arena, Indecent Soundsystem w/ Luvdump, Black Star Dub Collective, Autonomads, The Junk
Yesterday morning, myself and the 1212 rockah general Fly-T were running sounds for our original Scotland Yardie Profisee Live on BBC Radio One! Great to be part of Ally McCrae's showcase on Scottish music where he ran his show from a live gig at The Bongo Club in Edinburgh! You can listen to that shit again here check it especially for Profs killer acappella before we drop our collab track "I See". That boys a lyrical genius! Im on the keys and old skool stabs, was glad not to be on any backing vocals a) because it was being broadcast nationwide and b) because I was still slightly hungover from a booze up with Riot Ska Geoff and his mrs the night before.. back on form for seeing Public Enemy tonight though BRING THE NOISE!
